Today I got up and went into town to pay a cheque into my account. It needs to last for quite a while. After this I came home and picked up the car and went to get some petrol. Then I picked Rosie up and we headed down to Paignton to meet Rosie's parents et al. We went the boring fast way, but as there was so much traffic, it turned out to be simply a boring way. We met them in the Palace Hotel car park and went in for some lunch. It was nice. I had asparagus soup. After lunch we went for a walk around the sea front, including the very british pier. It's what used to put the Great in Britain. After an hour or so we all headed to Torquay where we had a drink at a cafe near the sea before making our ways home. Rosie and I came back to mine for a bit, and then headed out to Exminster to have dinner in Rosie's parents caravan. It was nice. The caravan was very tidy. And the site was much better than I kind of pictured. I was picturing the corner of a pub car park in Exminster, but it was an orchard about half a mile out of Exminster. This evening I've not done much. Tomorrow we're going to the Eden project. I've never been, but I'll be sure to spill some beans tomorrow.
