Well this afternoon I went shopping once lectures were over and I'd done some planning for my essay. I went to Tesco and bought lots of food. Always good, until you get to the check-out. On the way home, there was a majorish storm, and Mark phoned to see if could pick him up in town. It took me ages to get to him, because there was lots of traffic. I took him to his house for him to get changed, then we went to mine for dinner, before driving down to the bowling place to meet James Dean and others. I did pretty badly. The worst I have for years. Later on, Rosie and I went for a walk. However, my foot was killing as I seem to have pulled a muscle, and Rosie's leg was aching lots, so we were both limping slightly.
