Hello. Today was the French Translation exam, and it went pretty much as expected. That is to say not too badly, but not amazingly either. Went to Rosie's for lunch. After that, we went into town, and Rosie met Rebekah and they went shopping, whilst I got some more food and went home. I started trying to write a CV, but half way through MS Word crashed. This evening I went to the Malt House for a drink with Mark and Norris. Mark wore no shoes, and seemed quite happy to be seen in a restaurant with bare feet. On a different theme, when I got to my car when I left here, I discovered various parts of the radiator grill on the windscreen. It seems that some delightful person has wrenched off the plastic grill and the badge from the front. There's a strange gaping hole in the front now. I will have to look into finding a replacement. I just hope they don't come back and nick any more of it tonight.

How annoying - hope you manage to get it fixed soon. Just got back from the New Forest - lawn looked like a meadow! Jill
