Thought it was time for an update. Well, regretably I have left Danes Road completely now, and am settling into the bedsit fairly well. It seems ok, the bed is nice and solid. The shower seems to have seen some action and could do with a slight repair, but it works pretty much.

I started the job a Reuters today and I think it went well. This morning was just settling in and doing ice-breaker things as they called them. I was presented with my very own door swipe thing. This afternoon was different, and far more interesting. I checked some documents for the warrants department, and found a couple of mistakes, but the boffins didn't mind. No one is sure what to call me. My desk is in the warrants department, a team of about 8 people, and there is already a Will B.

Note to anyone bothering to read: Wall's Egg and Bacon sandwiches are expensive rubbish. Two out of five. Unless you like a mound of hard boiled egg in soggy bread with a sliver of bacon on top. I'll be bringing you more reports on my lunches. As labour used to say - things can only get better. When I worked at Derek's I used to get different sandwiches everyday - many from local companies and all were cheaper and nicer.
