I spent this morning driving round in a Transit pickup with Andy Sawers, my friend who's a property developer. I didn't wolf whistle at anyone though, nor was I tempted. We moved some furniture from some houses into another house he's trying to sell. The estate agent told him he had more chance of selling the house if it had some furniture in. So now, the immmaculate, newly carpeted lounge is complete with two 80s pink sofas....hmm, it looks lovely. If anyone is interested by the way, it's going for £250,000. There's 2 reception rooms, plus a largish dining area in the kitchen. It's got 3 large bedrooms, big decorated cellar, brand new kitchen and bathroom with separate wc. The sofas aren't for sale, but I expect some deal could be done.
