Today I am taking it easy and doing small things I have needed to do for a while. I've finished a book I was reading. My room needs tidying, and I want to put my year abroad photos in the album I bought the other day. I even had a bath this morning (as opposed to a shower) It's all part of my way of combatting stress.

I watched Bargain Hunt today. It was as amusing as I thought it might be. Not only David Dickinson, but the people that take part. Where do they find them?

Yesterday I managed to paint most of the hall for the first time, including the ceiling, as well as a second coat on the landing. It's going to need more than that though, but not today.

My brother is in the process of moving into a student house. Therefore the hall and landing are full of guitars, boxes and cases. Another reason not to decorate.

Later on, I'm going to Rosie's for the evening, which is another reason I'm not working today.
