Thursday evening, I went to Exeter to see Gavin. It was an off the cuff event. I just felt the urge and left about 7pm. Stopped at Bristol to look round Ikea. Didn't find any bedding I liked much this time though. Some truly dodgy patterns, flowers and just stuff, you know. We went to the Malthouse and had a coke and a pudding. It all went pretty well. Boring drive home though, just a long straight motorway.

Had a busy few days here at Rosie's. We went to see Jess and Joe in Sutton on Saturday which was good. Joe is still a bit mad, and Jess is still quite serious. Jess' parents have just painted their dining room very light blue, it looked quite good. We stopped off at a shopping centre called Bluewater on the way home. Did the usual looking round shops without actually buying anything. Mark would have loved it.

Today we have been polishing the Panda, and it's pretty much done now. It looks a lot tidier now. I'm just blogging while Rosie is out at B&Q with her Dad. He's fitting a shower in the bathroom here. It's all go.

I'm looking forward to getting back to Exeter. It's not too long now for me. I'm going back about the 19th September roughly. It'll be good to get my room sorted out and feel like I live there again. Bring it on.
