Well today was a beast really. I started work at about 8.50. At first I was painting the basement, but then I moved onto cleaning the windows, which wasn't bad actually. Had fun hanging out of upstairs windows at 'asking for it' angles. There was no way of falling out though, as the hole was just that bit too small.

After lunch I moved to another house where I had to remove about a 30cm of top soil from the front garden to make it into a drive. Well, a drive is a bit OTT, try space to park a Smart car, badly. It was a thoroughly nasty experience. It was very hot in the sun, and I managed to get more blisters. The event was broken up by the excitement of some bloke knocking one of Nick's (builder) door mirrors about 20m down the road. He was good enough to stop and take Nick to Bristol Street Motors to find a new one though. I've been called mate all day, it's getting a bit samey.

This evening I have been painting the wall above the stairs and half the hall. I am on a mission now, and it's not a long term one. I thought I'd come and blog, because I got bored. Bye for now, best wishes for a charming Friday.
