I got up quite early to find Rosie had already got up and dressed and was getting the car ready to go. It didn't take long to pack the car, and there was quite a bit of space. Nothing she had packed was that heavy either, so the car wasn't weighed down much.

We started of for Exeter about 10.50. We stopped off at my house in Cheltenham for an hour for lunch and to pick up a few things I had forgotten. We finally got to Exeter about 4.30, and unpacked the car.

Gavin cooked us dinner in the evening. He cooked the veg for literally 30 minutes plus. It comes naturally to him. It was good though, and the Ambrosia rice pudding was a pleasant surprise - much better than I expected.
