Lots happened today too. I went into town to buy something for Rosie's birthday and try and get a haircut.

I went to the place Gavin gets his haircut and had a once in a lifetime experience. I was given a free unwanted styling consultation, the verdict of which was that my hair was a mess, and was in bad condition. Apparently, I need to get it cut once every 6 weeks. I also need to keep it short. She was from the old skool of thinking when it came to male hair I think. After literally negotiating how long my hair was going to be, it was shaved to grade 4 on the back and sides, and textured on top, with a series of incisions made at the front. To be honest, it looks just like it does when I normally get it cut a bit shorter than I normally do.

Didn't know what to get Rosie, so I went home.

After lunch, a cheese sandwich, I decided to remove all vegetation from the front and back gardens/yards. I didn't finish the back one though. After a while I decided to go back into town and find something for Rosie. Bumped into Gavin by chance, who found the haircut scenario amusing. Nice to be of service. I went to Lush and bought a bath bomb after careful consideration (and a slight lack of imagination)

Gaz came back to mine for dinner. He didn't eat it all! I ate more than him. Times they are achanging. He went out to buy some orange juice and got lost on the way back. His hunter gatherer skills could do with fine tuning.

Lots of chatting with Mike and Sarah and Gavin this evening. Mike let us use his internet. Going to Enfield tomorrow, looking forward to it. Must get up early though - need to shave and pack and stuff. Bye for now.
